When we we growing Kickdynamic our sales were frustratingly slow and lumpy for a long time, we just couldn’t find any consistency.


After probably a too longer time, I bought in a sales consultant to help. He fundamentally changed our business for the better. He helped us define our sales strategy for sustainable growth - I believe all business should do this.


Why?


When you run a business you are normally too deep in the weeds to see your business from above. You will find it tricky to know if your sales ship is sailing in the right direction. So getting your sales-GTM setup from the start is vital for success - without a thought-out, planned sales GTM it will fail, or worse be lacklustre.


I wish I’d done it sooner, and done that more. So, to help ther B2B founders I create Scabable CRO to create a service that provided the business changing direction the consult did.
